NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-19962-N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R4, is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA L. BALL A/K/A PATRICIA BALL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 130 FEET OF THE WEST 460 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1996 REGENCY/SKYLINE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN NUMBERS 8U6206261A AND 8U6206261B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
