NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-019834-N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT5, is the Plaintiff and HEATHER ST. AMAND A/K/A HEATHER R. SAWNEY ST. AMAND; HANS ST. AMAND are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
