NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-019963-N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY L. THOMAS A/K/A ANTHONY LEE THOMAS A/K/A ANTHONY THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY L. THOMAS A/K/A ANTHONY LEE THOMAS A/K/A ANTHONY THOMAS; STERLING RANCH MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KATRINA BASS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1, STERLING RANCH UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
