NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-011453 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein PRIME ASSET FUND III, LLC is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO PINZON A/K/A ANTONIO JOSE PINZON; CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 13910 VILLAGE VIEW DR., TAMPA, FL 33624 AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 13910 VILLAGE VIEW DR., TAMPA, FL 33624 are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , at 10:00AM EST on the 18th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, VILLAGE XVIII, UNIT 1 OF CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, THENCE NORTH 82°00'00” EAST, 113.27 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 82°00'00” EAST, 34.38 FEET NON-TANGENT TO A CURVE CONCAVE NORTHEASTERLY AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 190.0 FEET ANDTHE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE 19.45 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 05°51'52” (CHORD SOUTH 43°26'19” EAST 19.44 FEET); THENCE SOUTH 46°22'15” EAST 32.34 FEET TO A CURVE CONCAVE WESTERLY AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 25 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID CURVE 39.27 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 90°00'00” (CHORD SOUTH 01°22'15” EAST 35.36 FEET) TO A COMPOUND CURVE CONCAVE NORTHWESTERLY AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 142.51 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE 68.45 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 27°31'18” (CHORD SOUTH 57°23'23” WEST 67.80 FEET); THENCE NORTH 08°00'00” WEST, 104.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
