NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-001513-G of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-B, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and CARLOS EDUARDO MADRIGAL A/K/A CARLOS E. MADRIGAL AND MARIANELLA MADRIGAL, HUSBAND AND WIFE; PRIMEQUITY, LLC; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, A FEDERAL ASSOCIATION; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; TARGET NATIONAL BANK/TARGET VISA, A CORPORATION; HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” N/K/A LAURA FERRAZ RESIDING AT 18177 SANDY POINTE DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33647; AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 18177 SANDY POINTE DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33647, are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 AM EST on the 18TH day of JUNE, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
