NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-009547, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein L & MP Realty Holdings, Inc., and Lelis Pimentel and Milqueya Pimentel are the Plaintiffs and Manuela A. Martinez, Pablo G. Martinez, Bank of America are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. EST, on the 29th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12 and the West 20 feet of Lots 10 & 11 and the East 1 foot of Lot 13, Block 19, Grove Park Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 11, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(A), FLORIDA STATUTES.
