NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-015950 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE-CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-HY7C MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HY7C, Plaintiff, and, PETRA VLKOVA, et. al., are Defendants. Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 3rd day of June, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 3 OF ST. CHARLES PLACE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE(S) 66 THROUGH 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
