NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-003482 DIV M of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL CAMPOS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 5th day of June, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, BRANDON-VALRICO HILLS ESTATES SUBDIVISION NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
