NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-021818 Div B of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and SYLVIA BAYON A/K/A S. BAYON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SYLVIA BAYON A/K/A S. BAYON IF ANY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, INCLUDING, IF A NAMED DEFENDANT IS DECEASED, THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, THE SURVIVING SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT, AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED OR DESCRIBED DEFENDANTS; SOMERSET PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A EDWARD HALL, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 2814A, BUILDING 6, SOMERSET PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15971, AT PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 101 AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
