NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-005570 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and TOKOSHIMA HARTSFIELD; TRAQUITA HARTSFIELD; LAKE ST. CHARLES MASTER ASSOCIATION INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, LAKE ST. CHARLES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
