NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-005967 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP (Global), Plaintiff, and, MUSTAFA A RIDHA, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property:
ALL OF LOTS 19, 21 AND 23, BLOCK 5, AND THE NORTH 21.67 FEET OF THE LOTS 20, 22 AND 24, BLOCK 5, ALL BEING IN TAMPA TOURIST CLUB, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
