The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 6, BLOCK 22, RIVER BEND PHASE 3B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
