NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-012342 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 3rd day of June, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, COMMENCE AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 1, OF REVISED MAP OF MRS. GEORGIA E. BATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN SOUTH 62.00 FEET, THENCE WEST 120.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 62.OO FEET, THENCE EAST 120.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THAT PORTION ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF PLANT CITY FOR THE RIGHT OF WAY OF SOUTH EVERS STREET.
ALSO, A 5.00 FOOT PARCEL ADJOINING THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE COMMENCE AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 1, OF REVISED MAP OF MRS. GEORGIA E. BATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE PROCEED WEST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 1 FOR A DISTANCE OF 120.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 5.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH, PARALLEL WITH THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 1, FOR A DISTANCE OF 62.00 FEET, THENCE EAST FOR A DISTANCE OF 5.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH FOR A DISTANCE OF 62.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
