NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-030634 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the day of 3rd day of June, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m. via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 11829, BUILDING NO. 5, RAINTREE MANOR HOMES CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2963, PAGE 1225; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT, AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
