NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-009722 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2006KS8 was the Plaintiff and CHARLIE HARRIS, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 8, BLOCK 11 OF BONITA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
