NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-001670, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and ALBERTO M. SOCORRO, WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, JESSICA G. SOCORRO, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #1, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #2, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #3 and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #4 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
