NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2013-CA-000907 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and LAWRENCE G. LEWIS;, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOTS 15 AND 16 IN BLOCK E, OF RIVER BEND SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT 'THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 157, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF HILTON PLACE WHERE THE DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN LOTS 14 AND 15 IN BLOCK E INTERSECTS THE SAID WESTERLY LINE, RUNNING THENCE IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE SAID WESTERLY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 13.76 FEEI FOR A POB, CONTINUE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SAID WESTERLY LINE OF HILTON PLACE A DISTANCE OF 60.89 FEET, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION ON A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN LOTS 6 AND 16 IN SAID BLOCK E, A DISTANCE OF 17.1 FEET NORTHWESTERLY FROM THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 16, THENCE IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOTS 15 AND 16, A DISTANCE OF 47.1 FEET, THENCE IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION TO THE POB.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
