NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-018040 Div. I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein South Bay Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Bhemaul Ragoobir, Vilma Ragoobir and Unknown Tenant n/k/a Aisha Warren are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 21, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Block 2, SOUTH BAY LAKES - UNIT 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 100, Page 57 through 61 inclusive, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
