NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2013 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-000570 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HOLLY MORTGAGE TRUST is the Plaintiff and LAND ASSEMBLE, LLC and RIVERSIDE HEIGHTS HOLDINGS, LLC are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 19, 2013, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
The West 48 feet of Lot 4 and the East 20 feet of Lot 5, Block 17, Highland Park 1st Addition, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 39, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
