NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-000669, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and EUGENIO O. GARCIA; MARIA CASTILLO; MILAGROS RIVERA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; COPPERFIELD TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, IN BLOCK 11, OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, AT PAGES(S) 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
