NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-012006 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION is Plaintiff and DEXTER E. COOPER; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on June 24, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE FROM HENRY G. CISNEROS, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, OF WASHINGTON D.C. TO SHARON R. COOPER AND DEXTER E. COOPER, DATED 07/23/1993 RECORDED ON 07/30/1993 IN OR BOOK 7062, PAGE 1809 IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FLORIDA.
