NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-08792-CI-015 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FLAGSHIP COMMUNITY BANK is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE M. FRYM and MICHAEL R. FRYM are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on JUNE 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 53, BAYPORT COLONY, PHASE II, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE(S) 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, a/k/a 5810 GALLEON WAY, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33615
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
