NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure of SunTrust Bank and an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on March 6, 2013, in the above-styled case, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, on May 22, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
UNIT 21 OF CYPRESS PARK GARDEN HOMES I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4049, PAGE 628, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Property or its address is commonly known as 11904 Dietz Drive, Tampa, Florida 33826.
