NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-005591, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and LESLIE A. BROOKS SR A/K/A LESLIE A. BROOKS A/K/A LESLIE BROOKS, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUETHEAL M. BROOKS and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 74.4 FEET OF THE SOUTH 145 FEET OF LOT 66 OF W.E. HAMNER''S ROME AVENUE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
