NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-019658, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and LISA J. CUEVAS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A description of that part of Lots 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19, all in Block 4 of ARMENIA COURT, a subdivision of that portion of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 28 South, Range 18 East, lying West of Armenia Avenue as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 48, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, more so described at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, and go Southeast along the Northwesterly boundary of First Avenue East, 323.95 feet to a point of beginning; thence West 113.73 feet to a point on the East boundary line of St. Peter Street, South 62 feet to a point, said point being 95.00 feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot 14 Block 4; thence East from said point, 84.16 feet to a point on the Northwesterly boundary of First Avenue East, said point being 105.03 feet Northeast of the Southeast corner of Lot 14, Block 4; thence Northeast along the Northwesterly boundary of First Avenue East, 68.55 feet to the Point of Beginning
