NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-004295, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ARMANDO LOPEZ, CLERK OF THE COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MERCURY CASUALTY COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE OF JEAN BRADEN, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION, PRICILLA MARIE ALBERT, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARMANDO LOPEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 15, BRIARWOOD UNIT NO.2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
