NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16th, 2013, and entered in Case No.: 2009-14189-CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2011-1 TRUST is a Plaintiff and ELISEO COLON AND CARMEN CORTES N/K/A CARMEN COLON, are the Defendants, KEN BURKE, CPA as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, of the Pinellas County Courthouse, Clearwater, Florida on May 31, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, OF MARINI AND SALVATORE SUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 114, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
