NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-000518 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Richard Acunto and Amy Acunto, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 14 OF BELLEVIEW ISLAND, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGES 85 THROUGH 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL OF WHICH IS FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 14, S. 35º00'00” WEST, 36.50 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF NORTH 1/2 OF SAID LOT 14; THENCE ALONG SAID LINE N 55º00'00” WEST, 201.97 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 14, THENCE ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOTS 13 AND 14, N 35º48'30” E. 96.90 FEET TO A NONTANGENT CURVE CONCAVE SOUTHEASTERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 388.53 FEET, THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE 40.50 FEET, THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 05º58'21” (CB N 42º39'37” EAST, 40.48 FEET) TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE S 44º32'24” EAST, 204.40 FEET TO THE EASTERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13, BEING ON A NONTANGENT CURVE CONCAVE SOUTHEASTERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 349.20 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE, 63.75 FEET; THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 10º27'36” (CB S 40º13'48” WEST, 63.66 FEET) TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
