Quereau are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, STRATFORD COMMONS, ACCORDING TO THE CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGES 76 THROUGH 79, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
