NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 17, 2013 in Civil Case No. 53-2011-CA-002827, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, and SARAH ROBIN ANDERSON; NORTHFIELD AT LANSBROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARAH ROBIN ANDERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT OR TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on June 5, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit
LOT 4, NORTHFIELD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, PAGE 30-33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
