NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, on the 19th day of April A D, 2013, in the cause wherein Llama Construction Corp., a FL Corp., et al, etc, was plaintiff(s) and Gerhard Kern and Gerda Kern as Trustees etc were defendant(s), being Case No. 10-11169 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Gerhard Kern and Gerda Kern as Trustees etc., in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block C, Sunset Bluff Estates, as per plat thereof, recorded at Plat Book 39, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and on the 11th day of June A.D., 2013, at 4400 140th Avenue North, Suite 200, in the City of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale all of the said defendants', right, title and interest in the aforesaid real property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances, judgments and taxes, if any, as provided by law, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Execution.
