Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received Environmental Resource Permit application number 679934 from Great Indian Shores Limited Partnership whose address is 3751 Victoria Park Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M1W324 XX CA. Application received on April 10, 2013. Proposed activity is to construct a 2,950 square foot docking facility with 17 boat slips as an amenity to a proposed upland townhome development. Project name is Waterside Estates Multi-Family Dock. Location is Section 24, Township 30 South, Range 14 East, in Pinellas County. Outstanding Florida Water in Pinellas County Aquatic Preserve. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at the Southwest Florida Water Management District, 7601 Hwy 301 N, Tampa 33637-6759. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application. Comments must include the permit application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice.
