NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007798 , of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for ABFC 2006-HE1 Trust, Plaintiff and LINDA L. BADER; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 28, 2013 at 10:00a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: THE APN IS SHOWN BY THE COUNTY ASSESSOR AS 36/29/15/48132/001/0030; SOURCE OF TITLE IS BOOK 14389, PAGE 162 (RECORDED 06/17/05) AS DESCRIBED IN MORTGAGE BOOK 15458, PAGE 2168, EXHIBIT “A”.
