HEPP, deceased, File Number 13-2683-ES003, by the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756; that the decedent's date of death was January 10, 2013; that the total value of the estate is $5,052.92 and that the names of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: NAME ADDRESS Gary C. Hepp, 4823 Ebbtide Lane, Unit 301 Port Richey, FL 34668; Cherie A. Hepp, 57 Heathwood Road Williamsville, NY 14221; Gary C. Hepp and Cherie A. Hepp, Co-Trustees and qualified beneficiaries of the Peggy M. Hepp Trust Agreement, dated May 21, 1990, as amended, 4823 Ebbtide Lane, Unit 301 Port Richey, FL 34668
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
