NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about April 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-13405 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Gary Brochetti, Jason Layman, Bank of America, N.A., Capital One Bank (USA), NA, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, F.A., Tenant # 1 n/k/a Stacy Crump, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
