NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-005163 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Luke J. Cunningham; Unknown Spouse of Luke J. Cunningham, If Any; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 20, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 142.5 feet of the West 700 feet of the North 100 feet of the South 300 feet of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, all lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida, Less the East 20 feet thereof and Less the West 60 feet thereof.
And
The South 15 feet of the West 700 feet of the North 115 feet of the South 300 feet of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, Less the East 20 feet thereof and Less the West 60 feet thereof.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
