NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA009466XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and S & S GROUP, LLC; SUZANNE LETOURNEAU; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NELLIE MAE HARRIS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 46, PASADENA ESTATES SECTION “D” BLOCKS 39-54 INCLUSIVE AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
