NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-006708 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ERIC D. EATON, MEDITERRANEAN MANORS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 31st day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 2101, MEDITERRANEAN MANORS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MEDITERRANEAN MANORS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3646, PAGES 595-, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 23-25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
