NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-002146 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Terwin Mortgage Trust 2006-3 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Kendall Ray Sanders, Rebecca Ann Sanders, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgageit, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
