NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011532 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-FRE2 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Yashica Dante Keys; Erwin Keys; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment and Loan; Broken Credit, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, LINDQUIST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
