Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 10-005700-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DEMETRE PAPANGELOU, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 202, BUILDING 1005, SANDAL COVE CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 36 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4178, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OF SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
