That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 65, Building B-27, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT TWENTY THREE, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 3908, Page 75 through 99, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Page 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, on the 28th day of May, 2013 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
