NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-010695CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2004-2, is the Plaintiff and LESZEK CHMURA; MALGORZATA WALUS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TYSHIRA WASHINGTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A TORRENCE JACKSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 N/K/A SRINIVASAU SANTHARAM; UNKNOWN TENANT #4 N/K/A SHARMILA JEGANATHAN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, HARBOR PALMS UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
