Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on April 30, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the clerk of this court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 7B, Phase 7, Sugar Creek Medical and Professional Center, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 55, Pages 113 - 117,
and as further described as:
UNIT 7-B, PHASE 7, SUGAR CREEK MEDICAL AND PROFESSIONAL CENTER, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 55, page(s) 113 through 117, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5275, Page(s) 1687 et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtennat thereto and any amendments thereto.
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, June 6, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
