A/K/A MC CONNIE FENCE CO.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendant(s).

UNIT 309, OF COVINGTON COURT, MONTICELLO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4139, AT PAGE 1060, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGES 25 THRU 27, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
