NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 1052-2010-CA-010095 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-PR2 Trust, Plaintiff and Kathleen P. Goldberg are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 31, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 38, TRADITIONS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 120, PAGES 5 AND 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
