NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered on October 15, 2012 and the Order Enforcing Stipulation To Stay Public Sale of Property entered April 30, 2013, in Case No. 52-2012-006876-CO-40 of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein Baker Distributing Co., LLC Successor By Merger to Coastline Distribution Inc. is the Plaintiff and Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, Inc. and Robert Ward are the Defendants, The clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 1 and 2, Childs Park, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 2, Page 93, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. NOW KNOWN AS Lot 1, Block 1, Childs Park Block 4 Partial Replat, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 105, Page 27, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. More commonly known As 3500 18th Avenue South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33711.

at public sale, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning 10:00 a.m., on June 4, 2013.
