NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 7th day of June, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 53, Golfside Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 119, Pages 55 and 56, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
with the property address of 9201 Jakes Path, Largo, FL 33371-6314
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in Civil No. 12-6103 CI-21 pending in the CIRCUIT Court of the sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale must file a claim with the undersigned Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
