NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 16, 2013 in Civil Case No. 12-005571-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and CARLOS R. SANTANDER; CARMEN M. SANTANDER; THE ENCLAVE AT ST. PETERSBURG CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A STEPHANIE SANTANDER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on May 31, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 608, BUILDING NO. 6, THE ENCLAVE AT ST. PETERSBURG, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14824, PAGE 593, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
