NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522009 CA, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and ANGELIQUE MARY BOGAARS A/K/A ANGELIQUE BOGAARS, CIRCUIT COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGEIT, INC, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, ROGER HO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28 day of May, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6 AND 7, IN BLOCK E, OF OAK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
